This stone-farm house, typically Breton , dating from the late of 19th century is on the district Trégunc. We have it since 1 year and restoration work started immediately. Divided into two parts, only the right part has been rented for the year . A big terrasse and beside the barbecue, the aromatics garden with the tomatos cherries in the tradition of the house of the horse are waiting for you!

In the place called Lambell, it is ideally located:
 Only 2 km of the "pointe de la Jument" from where one admires all bay of Concarneau
 On the road of the beaches to 2 km of the beach of Pouldohan - for the bathe and practice of many nautical activities
 2 km of the borough of Trégunc for its trade.

The richness of the littoral with extend a succession from dunes, ponds and splendid beaches of sand invites to strolls and the bathe. The coastal lanes in the vicinity, the paths take you along to discovered of the inheritance of hurdy-gurdies stones, baker’s oven, mills…
